Construction Progress Monitoring

After each site visit, our assessors prepare a comprehensive written report detailing:

• Project Status: Current state of the project, including completed milestones and remaining work.
• Compliance: Assessment of whether the project is conforming to the bank’s understanding of the general contractor contract.
• Fund Sufficiency Evaluation: Evaluate the sufficiency of funds remaining to complete the project and provide recommendations as appropriate.
• Payment Applications: Contractor’s payment applications are accurate and justified.
• Lien Releases: All major contract payment applications are accompanied by the necessary lien releases, both conditional and unconditional.
• Report Construction Changes: Identify and report any construction changes and potential or pending change orders.
• Evaluate Stored Materials: Assess the status of stored materials, both on-site and, if requested, off-site.
• Construction Schedule: The project is on track according to the construction schedule.
