Documentation Needed
Proper documentation is key to a smooth project close out. Our team will gather and report on all necessary close-out documents, including:

• Summary of Change Orders: Detailed summary of any modifications made during the project.
• Certificate of Substantial Completion: Proof that the project can be used for its intended purpose.
• Release of Payment and Performance Bonds: Ensuring all bonds held for project completion and payments are released.
• As-Built Documents: Compilation of final drawings reflecting the actual construction.
